TotalEnergies Energy Storage and Monitoring Solution in UAE

In 2017, TotalEnergies established a solar activities hub in the Middle East to participate in the development, financing, construction, and operation of photovoltaic projects worldwide. By focusing on innovation and environmental responsibility, TotalEnergies is dedicated to delivering reliable and affordable energy solutions while also contributing to a more sustainable future for the planet.
GreenCity was approached by TotalEnergies to design and provide a solution for one of their projects in the UAE. The goal was to replace an off-grid site and reduce diesel consumption, which amounted to over 150,000 liters per year. GreenCity provided a comprehensive solution that included the adoption of solar energy and energy storage systems. Additionally, an energy monitoring system (EMS) was incorporated to ensure that the entire energy system worked seamlessly and efficiently.
The project is currently underway, with Phase 1 under contract. Once completed, the solar and energy storage system will provide a reliable and affordable energy source while reducing carbon emissions and contributing to a more sustainable future. TotalEnergies' solar project in the UAE is just one example of the company's dedication to environmental responsibility and innovation in the energy industry.
